Bu tesis; denize do\u011frudan yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, geni\u015f arsas\u0131, tamamen d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f konaklama alanlar\u0131, yeme-i\u00e7me b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri, y\u00fczme havuzu ve zengin do\u011fal \u00e7evresiyle turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde nadir bulunan bir yat\u0131r\u0131m f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bunun yan\u0131nda, g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015fletme y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in i\u015flevsellik sa\u011flayan, personel st\u00fcdyosuna sahip bir reception room mevcuttur.<\/p>\n
Tesis b\u00fcnyesinde, 4 WC ve 360 m\u00b2 yemek alan\u0131na sahip tam donan\u0131ml\u0131 bir taverna bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu alan hem misafirlere hizmet vermek hem de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ticari i\u015fletme olarak kullan\u0131lmak i\u00e7in uygundur. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rhane, \u00fct\u00fc odas\u0131 ve depo alanlar\u0131 da mevcuttur.<\/p>\n
