Brokerage Fee

It amounts to 2% – 10% of the value of the property.

Instead of transfer tax, it is subject to Greek VAT.

Notes: When purchasing a newly built property (first possession) from a commercial provider (e.g. from a property developer) it is usually subject to Greek real estate transfer tax instead of real estate transfer tax

If a private written contract is required, additional costs of 250 euros plus 24% VAT** will apply. In the case of a notarised contract
the cost is 500 euros plus 24% VAT.
